Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive 100% ownership of custom source code, documentation, and IP developed specifically for their project under contract.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PentaBrid be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software solutions beyond the total fees paid for the specific contract.
